At 18, during my final year of high school, I began tutoring students in algorithms.
Years later, after becoming a software engineer with 4 years of experience at ING Luxembourg, technical recruiter at CBTW, and Oracle Certified Java Expert, several of my former students reached out, graduates, brilliant, yet lost facing the job market: CVs, HR interviews, technical interviews.

That’s when I realized something essential: even the best profiles fail, not because of a lack of skills, but because of a lack of preparation.
From that realization, HiredUp was born, a platform designed to help every candidate unlock their dream career.

Founder & CEO

A UI/UX and Flutter engineer with 4 years of experience at Netlight in Frankfurt, Amira combines mobile design and development with a deeply user-centered approach.
She started leading and conducting interviews at just 21, while heading the Microsoft Club at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion.

Later, at Technische Universität Darmstadt, she dedicated herself to mentoring and preparing students for both technical and internship interviews, refining her understanding of real recruitment challenges.
Today, she brings this experience to HiredUp, where she helps design preparation journeys that are both human, intuitive, and effective.

Head of UI/UX & Tech Lead Mobile

A DevOps and Security expert with over 5 years of experience, Nader is certified across leading cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
He currently serves as Tech Lead and Technical Recruiter at Intermarché France, overseeing projects related to AI and system scalability.

Passionate about knowledge sharing, Nader has also worked as a DevOps coach and trainer, supporting young engineers in developing their skills and preparing for technical interviews.
At HiredUp, he uses his expertise to help candidates speak the language of technical recruiters and present their skills with confidence and impact.
